Meet Michael Moser
ADU Design Center is Michael Moser's dedicated brand for ADU design, permitting and construction. It is backed by more than four decades of building and developing California residential real estate and a law degree focused on California land development law, which matters most at the permit stage.
Four decades of building in California
Michael has spent over four decades building, developing and investing in residential real estate throughout California. His career began in 1984 with a multi-home construction project in the Bay Area, and he has not stopped building since.
After relocating to Sacramento, he developed 25 custom homes in the Pocket Area as principal builder, establishing his reputation for quality construction and strategic project management. His practice has expanded to ADU construction, kitchen remodels, garage conversions, fire rebuilds, permanent LED lighting and development consulting throughout the Sacramento Valley.
He attended Sacramento State University and earned his law degree in 2003, not to practice law but to understand California land development law, including the Subdivision Map Act and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). That gives clients an advantage with the regulatory side of California construction and development.
Michael Moser Development Inc. serves homeowners, investors and developers throughout the Sacramento to Folsom corridor and beyond. Michael personally oversees every project, for quality, accountability and attention to detail. ADU Design Center is where that experience is focused on one thing: helping homeowners add a well-built ADU without the runaround.
